Tim Robinson is a native Washingtonian. He grew up in Maryland and currently lives in Silver Spring with his wife and 2 sons. Tim went to Business School at Whitworth University and earned his Master’s in International Management after undergrad.

Upon completion of his graduate degree, he moved to Nice, France where he continued his studies in Strategic Management at EDHEC University. After graduate school, Tim worked in a variety of roles in sales and marketing in a wide range of industries before discovering his love of real estate and real estate investing. Once he and his wife had purchased their first two properties in DC, Tim decided he wanted to help others learn the tactics of real estate investing and is now a licensed Realtor® in DC, VA and MD.

Tim is an EFM who just moved back to MD after a 3-year tour in the Hague, the Netherlands. While at the post, he co-founded a real estate investment consulting firm (The REI Concierge) with another EFM to help educate other FSO families about how to invest in real estate while working abroad. He loves to work with other FSO/EFM families to help them find primary residences or investment properties in the DMV.
