Dear housemates, I am letting you know that I have found the most adorable studio that can be my very own for a price that will be less than my current rent. I will have my very own kitchen (without dishes in the sink), a gorgeous bathroom (that I don't have to share), charming wood floors, a fireplace, built-in bookshelves, a huge closet and my own dishwasher and washer/dryer! It's in a great location and I will happily meet you at the bars on U Street or at any restaurant in Logan. Just let me know when.
